What is your True North?
Do you feel like you have been in the middle of a magnetic storm? Are you battling to find your path forward and map out your journey for the path ahead this year and into the future?
So many of my friends and clients expressed this frustration that it got me thinking about how to best to help. I have always known and expressed the importance of defining and living according to your personal values and I have been trying to link this concept with the key elements required to live a life of personal satisfaction.
Finding your True North?
The thought that kept coming to me was finding my “True North”. This is my path in a world that is difficult to navigate and filled with unexpected obstacles, unknown territories and unclear steps. In order to find True North, we need a compass which directs us back to the right path and in the right direction to ensure our lives are purposeful, satisfying and filled with those aspects that sustain, motivate and inspire us.
The result is that I am super excited to introduce to you the True North Board.
Why is your True North important?
The quadrants on your True North Board are all critical elements in helping you to live a fulfilled and purposeful life. Taking the time to complete the board will be an investment in your future and checking-in with yourself on a weekly basis to monitor your progress will ensure you stay directed towards reaching the pinnacle of what success means for you – your True North.
